Swimming Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to hold a DBS check
