Pool Instructor

At Serco, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality swimming lessons that cater to all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to children and adults
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our clients
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements:

• Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Valid DBS check
