About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy and Innovation Lead to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering commercial strategies that drive financial growth and contribute to the overall success of our places and estates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies that maximize value from our commercial assets, while maintaining our commitment to placemaking and community engagement.
  • Oversee the letting and sales of commercial units, ensuring that our commercial spaces are designed and delivered to meet market expectations and attract high-quality tenants.
  • Lead and own complex commercial projects, developing exit strategies as required, and ensuring that our commercial activities align with our residential uses.
  • Represent Notting Hill Genesis externally, developing and maintaining successful commercial relationships to enhance our reputation and influence the sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes, from initial appraisal to delivery.
  • Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residentially led developer.
  • Experience in securing new business opportunities in commercial property and delivering on innovative concepts to support commercial aims and customer needs.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiation and partnership development.
