About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy and Innovation Lead to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering commercial strategies that drive financial growth and contribute to the overall success of our places and estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies that complement our residential uses and maximize the value of our commercial assets.
  • Oversee the letting and sales of commercial units in existing and new build properties, ensuring that our commercial spaces are designed and delivered in line with market expectations.
  • Lead and own complex sites and schemes, developing exit strategies as required, and ensuring that our commercial properties are vibrant and engaging spaces that serve the needs of locals.
  • Represent NHG externally, developing and maintaining successful commercial relationships to ensure that the organization is represented and can influence the sector.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes from initial appraisal to delivery.
  • Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residentially led developer.
  • Experience in securing new business opportunities in commercial property and delivering on innovative concepts, including placemaking to support commercial aims and NHG customers.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiation and partnerships.
