Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the letting and sales of commercial units, ensuring maximum revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Lead complex sites and schemes, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our reputation and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading commercial development projects, with a track record of success.
  • Operational leadership in a commercial property environment, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Experience in securing new business opportunities, with a focus on growth and expansion.
  • Commercial acumen, with successful negotiation skills and a strong understanding of financial markets.
