We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Child Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Edinburgh. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, promoting healthy eating habits and developing culinary skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nutrition plans for children, aligning with our established menus and recipes.
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen stock levels and inventory management.
- Collaborate with nursery staff and parents to promote a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- Support other nursery activities, such as cookery clubs and educational events.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial catering environment.
- Passion for nutrition and menu planning.
- Food Safety CIEH L2 or above.
- Sound knowledge of COSHH and managing dietary requirements.
- A competitive salary: £13 per hour (estimated annual salary: £27,456).
