About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Years Child Practitioner at Ratho Primary Early Learning and Childcare. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated group, committed to delivering high-quality education and care services to children.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £27,500 - £31,000 per annum. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment. Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Child Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 3-5 years old;
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Contributing to the planning, organization, and delivery of activities and events that promote child development and well-being;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support children's progress and development.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or a related field;
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
