Job Requirements

  • A relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator).
  • A passion for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with both colleagues and parents.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements.
