About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Hope Citadel Healthcare CIC. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the provision and delivery of patient care, working closely with our clinical team.
  • Conduct new patient health checks, including blood pressure, height, and weight measurements.
  • Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, and other clinical procedures as required.
  • Assist with the collection and collation of data on patient needs and health outcomes.
  • Support the management of laboratory samples and vaccine storage.

Person Specification

  • Essential:
    • Venepuncture qualification.
    • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably primary care.
    • Ability to work to an appointment book.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience working independently.
