About the Role

4c Executive is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Estates and Asset Management Department, responsible for the strategic management of the Council's estates and assets, including 250 buildings and 3000 acres of land.

The successful candidate will oversee building maintenance, facilities management, and corporate insurance, delivering the Council's strategic asset management strategy and leading on office optimisation, efficiency, and investment and regeneration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Council's capital programme, comprising 85 diverse projects, including playparks, leisure, and community centres.
  • Work with partners in the Mid South West Growth Deal to deliver key projects.
  • Manage significant budgets and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
  • Lead stakeholder management across the public sector.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing Estates or Land and Property and Project Management.
  • Experience in achieving high standards that promote service excellence.
