Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a seamless transition into and out of the company.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, providing valuable insights for HR decision-making.

• Assist with employee benefits administration and inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.

• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, upholding the company's values and reputation.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, mitigating risk and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR assistant role, with a strong understanding of the full employee life cycle.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the company's values.
