We are looking for a talented UK Politics and Policy Consultant to join our team at Global Counsel Limited. As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping organisations navigate the complex UK political landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK political system and be able to provide informed insight on the policymaking process. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver client strategies, ensuring that clients' needs are met and their goals are achieved.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

As a member of our UK Politics & Policy practice, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analysing key policy announcements and regulatory trends in the UK.
  • Delivering advocacy strategies through stakeholder mapping and providing informed insight on the UK political landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in public affairs or a political institution.
  • Strong knowledge of the policymaking architecture in the UK (Westminster & Whitehall).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
