Job Description

Ultra PCS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading programmes from inception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Leadership: Develop and execute programme plans, budgets, and schedules to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that our programmes meet their needs.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of programme managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate programme status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including customers, senior management, and other programme teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure programme success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in programme management, preferably in a design, development, and manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications: APM/PMP certification or equivalent, and a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
