The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Your expertise will be essential in providing insightful analysis and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior leadership
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, and tax compliance
  • Cash flow management and working capital optimization
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Support strategic decisions with financial insight and analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within the SME or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified
