We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Ultra Precision Control Systems. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of customer accounts, including the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire product lifecycle of customer products, from development to delivery.
- Working closely with the Business Development team to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of new developments and aligning the business to customer needs.
- Generating and maintaining key performance metrics to measure business performance.
- Aiming to achieve customer awards for performance and support.
- Providing leadership and guidance to team members through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensuring adherence to Ultra programme management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in programme management in a design / development and manufacturing environment.
- A background in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Experience working with Defence and Major Prime Contractors.
- APM / PMP Certification or equivalent.
- Domestic and international travel required.
