Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Set and deliver budget and 5-year strategic plan objectives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Account Management: Grow customer accounts, manage major bids, and negotiate pricing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of customer projects, working across business functions to achieve this goal.
  • Performance Metrics: Generate and maintain key performance metrics, aiming to achieve customer awards for performance and support.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership at all levels, effective communication, and embody the company vision and values.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement, aligning organizational processes, and creating a team-focused environment.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: Preferred, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in programme management in a design/development and manufacturing environment.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Experience in commercial negotiations and negotiating, with a background in working with Defence and Major Prime Contractors.
  • Certifications: APM/PMP Certification or equivalent, and the ability to achieve SC (potentially DV) clearance.
  • Travel: Domestic and international travel required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, delegation, time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
