Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring minimal impact on the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide leadership and guidance to programme teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver programmes successfully.
- Monitor and report programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Ultra PCS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in programme management, preferably in a design, development, and manufacturing environment.
- APM/PMP certification or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of programme management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
