Sanctuary Group is committed to providing high-quality in-house repairs and maintenance services for our extensive portfolio of properties. We are seeking an experienced Property Services Coordinator to join our Property Services Administration team based in Glasgow.

This role involves supporting our operational teams by providing comprehensive administrative support and services, including delivering effective and efficient administrative systems, monitoring shared mailboxes, and assisting maintenance operational staff with tasks such as ordering uniform and arranging travel.

Key responsibilities include identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and addressing them appropriately, investigating and responding to complaints, and supporting with HR and contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff. Additionally, accurate and precise data input to trackers using Excel is required.

We are looking for someone with proven experience undertaking a similar role within a maintenance environment, excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to work independently and use their own initiative, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is £26,592 per annum (rising to £27,992 per annum after 12 months) plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, employee advice service, cycle to work scheme, wellbeing support tools, and employee networks.
