Job Overview

Glasgow City Council is seeking a Property Asset Coordinator to join their Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS) department. This role will play a vital part in overseeing the maintenance and repairs of Glasgow City Council establishments.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a salary of £34,922.84 on an incremental scale, with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing competing work priorities and resources while ensuring projects are delivered within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs across multiple Glasgow City Council establishments
  • Managing budgets and analysing financial information to inform decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Security Risk analysis and management methodologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An HND in a building or building-services related discipline or significant verifiable experience
  • A driving licence
  • Strong communication skills and ability to plan ahead
