Digital Print Solutions Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Print Solutions Manager to join our team at HH Global. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to marketeers, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in varying areas of print production, including planning and coordinating multiple client campaigns, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly for our client, supporting them to deliver key operational tasks and projects. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and propose and deliver all company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending meetings and taking / influencing key briefs from clients showing a clear understanding of requirements and cascading to local teams globally
- Delivering excellent service to clients with a professional 'can do' attitude at all times
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts
- Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
- Taking briefs from the client including full specification details, managing key critical path timings, managing through to completion, invoicing and proof of deliveries
- Suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible
- Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
- Briefing suppliers on client requirements
- Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
- Ensuring activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Maintaining a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services and working closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print
- Implementing new methods and procedures as required
- Working as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
- Ensuring invoicing procedures are followed
- Able to attend meetings away from the client site as required
- Press passing when required and often out of normal working hours
- Working with the Account Director and Senior Account Manager to identify new business opportunities
- Agreeing and managing budgets and P&L's
- Delivering services to meet and exceed contracted SLA's
