Health and Social Care Professional

Job Summary:
Dovetail and Slate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices to achieve their Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and assess level 5 in Health and social care, as well as provide support with lower levels such as 2&3 and Functional Skills.
- Arrange on-site visits with learners in order to carry out observations and ensure they are on track.
- Ensure all required records are completed to meet esfa and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements:
- Hold either a level 5 in Management In Health and Social Care, OR, the old level 4 Diploma (Which is the equivalent).
- Assessor Qualification e.g., D32/D33, A1 or CAVA.
- PTLLS/AET or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience as a registered manager for a minimum of two years.
- Experience in support apprenticeships or previous roles as an assessor.

- £10,000k bonus each year (paid every quarterly)
