Main Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, maintain, and manage the Company's standard commercial contracts portfolio.
  • Provide input to and negotiate acceptable terms in non-standard commercial contracts, including identifying and mitigating risk.
  • Assess and address non-standard technical and commercial risks relating to bids.
  • Support the Bid Team with writing tender responses, particularly commercial elements.
  • Work with the Senior Bid Engineering Manager to define and recommend winning bid strategies, ensuring all tender requirements are properly addressed.
