About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our purchasing operations as a key member of our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy Development: Develop effective procurement processes to drive cost savings, improve supply chain efficiency, and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize spend.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline processes to reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
  • Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sector.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to secure favorable contracts.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to analyze complex procurement issues.
  • International Travel: Ability to travel internationally when required to attend supplier meetings and industry events.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
