About the Role

As a key member of our Test Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical and safety technology products. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and procedures to meet the demands of our customers and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and procedures to validate product performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to identify and address product quality issues.
  • Design, develop, and implement test equipment, fixtures, and software to support product testing and validation.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation to inform product design and testing decisions.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective test strategies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
