Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Design, develop, and maintain test equipment, fixtures, and software to support product testing and validation.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in test planning, execution, and analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation.
- Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, and other test automation tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
