The Role

This role is for a mid-weight to senior planner with experience in healthcare advertising/communications. The chance to join a dynamic, collaborative, and creative team who approach their work with an entrepreneurial and honest style.

  • Leading the brand, creative, and comms planning & strategy on large pharmaceutical client accounts
  • Developing customer journeys and content plans
  • Developing the strategic plans for new business proposals and pitches
  • Developing, measuring, and tracking KPIs to optimise campaign effectiveness
  • Managing and supporting junior planning colleagues

You

  • Must have several years' experience working as a planner and driving creative strategy in a healthcare advertising/communications agency (min 4 years preferred)
  • Have led and developed strategy including integrated comms, brand, content
  • Are someone who can collaborate with, inspire, and influence clients, key stakeholders, and colleagues – demonstrating ownership and leadership
  • Will be passionate about health and wellness and demonstrate this when working with clients, on new business, delivering pitches, etc.
