We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Healthcare Planner - Policy Development to join our team at Havas Lynx Group.

About the Role

This is a 3-4 months Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills in brand planning and healthcare communications. As a Strategic Healthcare Planner, you will work closely with the Accounts and Creative teams to build strong client relationships and drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the brand, product, and overarching strategy for assigned projects, ensuring research is aligned with campaign direction.
  • Take responsibility for shaping and delivering research and insights for own projects, driving campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaise with Account Handlers to identify how research findings inform campaign KPIs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Perform competitor analysis, reviewing activity, behavior, and data to identify strengths and weaknesses, informing strategic decisions.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Account Handlers and Creatives, pushing briefs to their full potential.
  • Develop knowledge of research tools and support project teams in utilizing the strategic toolkit.
  • Adapt to working across digital projects, extensive research projects, brand development, and workshops, depending on client needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with agency experience required.
  • Healthcare experience is essential, with a proven track record of leading client relationships in a similar environment.
  • Experience of leading and mentoring others, with a focus on developing talent.
  • Able to critically assess account performance and proactively address areas of underperformance.
  • Brand strategy expertise in a creative environment, with a passion for driving business growth.
