Challenge Community Services is a leading provider of disability accommodation services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse abilities. We are committed to creating inclusive environments that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

We are seeking a registered or eligible psychologist to join our team at our Camden practice. In this role, you will provide clinical support to Foster Care services, clients funded under the NDIS, Home Care clients, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and external clients of Challenge Community Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions
  • Collaborate with Foster Care services and NDIS-funded clients
  • Work from home one day a week and contribute to our multidisciplinary approach
  • Support clients from early childhood to late adulthood
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible psychologist
  • Passion for working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities and complex behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with assessments and problem-solving
  • Current NSW driver's license, COVID-19 vaccinations, and necessary background checks
