  • We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to provide support to our Commercial Property, Property Litigation, and Planning departments.
  • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality documents through copy typing, manuscript amendments, and track changes.
  • Accurately type from dictation and prepare engrossments of legal documents for signing.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding to telephone calls professionally and taking accurate messages.
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents for companies and clients.
  • Support colleagues with high computer literacy and assist with occasional unfamiliar tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
  • Ability to deal with legal documents and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Arrangements

This permanent position offers full-time hours in a supportive team environment. The estimated salary is £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
