Transformative Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Transformative Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Horizon Care & Education.
As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people in their daily lives.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents, helping them to build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering relationship-based, person-centred care and making a difference in the lives of young people.
About the Role:
This role involves working closely with young people to help them with their daily routines, including getting ready for school and breakfast, preparing evening meals, and ensuring a safe space to relax.
You will also be responsible for supporting young people to access new opportunities, learn new skills, and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's workforce, as well as experience working in a similar setting in a children's residential home.
A full UK driving licence is also essential for this position.
