About the Role
At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to join our team in Burntwood, Staffordshire. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service specialist rehabilitation service for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the day-to-day running of the service(s) to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
• Developing and implementing person-centred support plans to meet the unique needs of our service users.
• Conducting care needs assessments and recruiting and inducting new colleagues to ensure a skilled and compassionate team.
• Completing supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits to ensure the service meets regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and quarterly audits and reports to ensure the service is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Effectively managing the service's P&L and ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
• Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
• Passion for the care sector and delivering the best support to our service users.
