Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our residential service specialist rehabilitation service/ABI in Burntwood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions/appraisals
- Complete medication competencies and medication audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
- Complete quarterly audits and reports
- Effectively manage the service's P&L
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours
