Educational Specialist for Young People with Needs

We are seeking an educational specialist to work closely with young people who require extra support in their academic journey. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in teaching maths, English, or science to individuals with SEN, SEMH, and additional educational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching Strategies: Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of each student.
- Regular Updates: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Teaching Certificates: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Special Education Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Safeguarding Certifications: Enhanced DBS and two professional references
Benefits:
