About Us:

Targeted Provision Ltd is a UK-based organization dedicated to providing exceptional educational support to vulnerable learners. We are committed to raising the standard of educational support offered to young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tutor to join our team of Support Specialists. As a Tutoring Expert, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one tutoring sessions to students with SEN, using a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEN
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and carers
  • Contribute to the development of effective learning plans and strategies
  • Engage in regular professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £28-£38 per hour
