Educational Support Specialist

We are on a mission to elevate educational support for vulnerable young people in the UK. Our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality, tailored assistance to children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND), as well as other needs such as Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
As an SEN/SEND Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting these young people in achieving their full potential. You will work one-to-one with children and young people, delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. They will be qualified SEN/SEND teachers with experience working with young people with a range of learning needs.
**Job Requirements**- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS check
- Two professional references
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
