GM Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Operations Coordinator or Assistant Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction or logistics and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating site logistics, including materials, welfare, and transport
* Managing labour allocation and accommodation
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion
* Preparing and submitting reports and documentation
* Coordinating tender processes and bid management

The successful candidate will be educated to A-level or BTEC level or equivalent and have relevant experience in the construction or logistics sectors. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. **About the Role**

* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
* On-site role, based south of Croydon
* Reporting to the Directors
