Job Opportunity: Project Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as a Project Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of multiple onsite contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize site logistics, including materials, welfare, and transport
  • Manage labour allocation and accommodation
  • Monitor project progress, including milestones and invoicing
  • Produce operation and maintenance manuals
  • Coordinate tenders and bid management

Requirements:

  • Education to A level or BTEC level or equivalent
  • Experience in the construction or logistics sectors
  • Ability to work at our client's premises in South Croydon

Reporting:

The successful candidate will report to the Directors and work on-site Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
