Exciting Opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Lancaster and Morecambe Home Based Treatment team as a Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Nurse qualification
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
