Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner - Initial Response Service
Hourglass Staffing is seeking a qualified Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our Initial Response Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to service users and others, and develop effective management plans to mitigate these risks.
- Professional Judgment: Utilize your expertise to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
- Shift Work: Be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to provide 24/7 coverage for our service.
- Location: Lancaster
- Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (Full-time or Part-time)
- Umbrella Rates:
- Day Rate: £27.56 per hour
- Saturday & Night Rate: £32.39 per hour
- Sunday Rate: £37.69 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Qualifications: Possess a relevant qualification in mental health, such as a Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) certification.
- Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of experience in risk assessment and management, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
