We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emergency Nurse Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical support to our Emergency Practitioners in managing day-to-day injuries presenting to the Bicester First Aid Unit.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients in the First Aid Unit, working alongside our Nurse and Paramedic Practitioners to deliver excellent clinical care.
- Welcoming patients, triage assessment, use of Clinical computer systems, booking outpatient appointments, wound care, dressings, and plastering.
- Developing your own clinical experience and competence, reducing waiting times across the bases.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent previous experience in healthcare.
- Basic literacy and numeracy, basic nursing skills, and basic IT literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.

- 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days with continuous service.
