Elderly Care Leader Opportunity
In our beautiful care home in Lincoln, we are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
About this Role:
- Salary: approximately £40-£50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing resident needs and preferences.
