Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-converting ad concepts at scale, primarily for META platforms.
  • Analyse existing campaigns, research competitors' ads, and stay updated with evolving trends.
  • Develop detailed scripts with hooks, bodies, and calls to action that resonate with our customers.
  • Organise and lead bi-weekly video shoots, ensuring precise shots and sufficient content for successful editing.
  • Collaborate with our multimedia editor, providing revisions and educational feedback.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000 per annum, with regular performance reviews.
  • A minimum of 28 days' holiday per year, with flexibility to take on additional time off when needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing paid marketing spend.
