The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Fellow in Paediatric Surgery to join our esteemed department at the Great North Children's Hospital. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced surgeons and contribute to the development of advanced laparoscopic skills in pediatric surgery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior surgeons in performing complex laparoscopic procedures
- Participate in teaching and educational programs for medical students and junior doctors
- Contribute to clinical audit and research projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and management

Requirements:
- Full GMC registration
- MBBS or equivalent degree
- MRCS or equivalent qualification
- FRCS (Paed) or equivalent certification

Working Arrangements:
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different schedules
- Opportunities for professional development and training

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
