About the Role:

  • Support the development and maintenance of our trading systems, including front office order management and decision-making tools, and back office trade reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with software developers, testers, and BAs to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide 3rd line support for our trading systems, working closely with 3rd party data providers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the business to gather information, provide feedback, and progress updates on technical issues.
  • Participate in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve system understanding and reduce support requests.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or trading environment.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, C#.Net, and proprietary trading systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work-from-home model, with regular attendance in London two days a week.
