Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering Greene King's Digital ambitions through thorough analysis and understanding of business ambitions. You will work closely with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design, and implement new processes and solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business analysis activity as required for continuous improvement activities and projects based around the core Digital platforms
  • Understand business objectives and ambitions and validate business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using appropriate business analysis techniques
  • Understand the business process and systems and the associated core Digital platforms; and identify improvement opportunities
  • Accurately document requirements (functional, non-functional, data, reporting, and transition) and processes ('as is' and 'to be')
  • Work with product and project teams to plan business change and design business processes
  • Work with multiple third-party vendors to deliver world-class solutions
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across IT and the wider business that can be leveraged to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively, and manage expectations
  • Strong competence in technical analysis and complex problem-solving
  • Significant experience and widespread understanding across a range of digital technologies, e.g., Web, Mobile Apps, Customer Data Platforms, APIs, etc.
  • Excellent experience of Agile best practice methodologies and the application of hybrid approaches in a Digital environment
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a hospitality or retail environment, preferable but not essential
