Senior Manager, Communications and Behavioural Change Lead, Social Impact Team, Growth

Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Social Impact Team's Communications and Behavioural Change efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives engagement and behavioural change across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a communications strategy that aligns with our social impact goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate social impact into all aspects of our business
- Design and deliver engaging content and campaigns that drive behavioural change and increase employee engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, communications teams, and HR
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience in communications and behavioural change, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform communications decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social impact and sustainability, with a passion for driving positive change
