Job Description

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Client Social Value team. As a key member of our Social Impact team, you will be responsible for driving our social impact strategy and delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver our client impact strategy, leveraging existing thinking and aspirations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure to support social value bidding and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Public Sector Bid Team and Pursuits Centre of Excellence to instill best practice in social value bidding.
  • Coach bid teams to build social value into their win themes and question responses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and delivery against wider firm activities.
  • Provide SME input and strategic insight on social value to client account teams.
  • Lead our approach to client-driven pro-bono working with SGOs and industries.
  • Drive and champion environmental and societal purpose commitments.
  • Play a key role in the Social Impact leadership team.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent commercial and business development acumen.
  • Experienced team leader with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage.
  • Knowledge and experience of bidding or working in the public sector.
  • Experience of client-facing work in a professional services context.
  • Understanding of the Firm and our Responsible Business/Purpose activities.
