Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Social Value Lead, Social Impact Team, Growth to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our client social value strategy and developing innovative solutions to drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver our client social value strategy, leveraging existing thinking and expertise.
- Oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure to support social value bidding and engagement.
- Work closely with the Public Sector Bid Team and Pursuits Centre of Excellence to instill best practice in social value bidding.
- Coach bid teams on building social value into their win themes and question responses.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and delivery of client social value work.
- Provide SME input and strategic insight on social value to client account teams.
- Lead our approach to client-driven pro-bono working, building compelling opportunities to drive social outcomes.
- Drive and champion environmental and societal purpose commitments.
- Play a key role in the Social Impact leadership team, collaborating to deliver on team objectives.
- Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial and business development acumen.
- Experienced team leader with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage, with knowledge and experience of bidding or working in the public sector.
- Experience of client-facing work in a professional services context.
- Understanding of the Firm and our Responsible Business/Purpose activities.
- Experience of developing and delivering innovative activities.
