Social Impact Solutions Manager

**Job Summary**
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Development Team as a Social Value Solutions Manager. This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional communication and engagement skills, as well as the ability to work across multiple divisions and prioritize activities that meet our commercial and social purpose objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead our strategic external positioning around the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group (SRG), a collaborative effort between employers, non-profit organizations, and public sector entities aimed at driving greater levels of social recruitment and support for disadvantaged individuals in the labor market.
• Work closely with colleagues in our Partnership Services team and Marketing function to enhance the reputation and profile of the SRG, supporting solution design to drive social recruitment and ensuring consistent and regular communications across digital and other channels to raise awareness of the group and its services.
• Liaise with the Employer Engagement team to ensure that the SRG forward plan is aligned with business objectives and serve as the lead on the SRG secretariat, responsible for ensuring the group runs smoothly with regular quarterly meetings and clear actions and outputs from each meeting.
• Establish and oversee a steering group to ensure that PeoplePlus demonstrates its social value commitments and progress, working with the People Development Team and operational teams to support the delivery of social value commitments and ensure they are reflected in our Social Value Portal (TOMs) dashboard.
**Requirements**
• Exceptional communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple divisions and prioritize activities that meet our commercial and social purpose objectives.
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, corporate social responsibility, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the social recruitment landscape and the ability to drive social impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to drive social recruitment and support for disadvantaged individuals.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
