Clinical Nursing Specialist

The role of Staff Nurse – RGN Nights involves working in a private nursing home, where the individual will be responsible for assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patient's health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
- Deliver care that meets individuals health and wellbeing needs effectively
- Communicate sensitive or contentious information professionally
- Pursue ongoing knowledge and skills development and that of others within the team
- Foster best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN in health and safety and security
- Maintain and develop high-quality services
- Make significant contributions to quality improvement initiatives
- Promote equality, diversity, and rights for all individuals
- Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing clinical reasoning skills to address patient case mixes
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Nursing expertise supported by professional and clinical knowledge
- Infection control and health and safety competencies are essential
- Practise accountability at all times
- Demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Solve problems proactively and continuously improve processes
- Develop effective communication and influencing skills
- Business acumen and organisational skills are required
- Nursing and Midwifery Council registration is mandatory
- Empathise with vulnerable patients and provide compassionate care
£Competitive salary dependent on experience. Estimated annual salary range: £30,000 - £50,000.
